IncaBella hires out the best UBER giant games. They also have a large selection of garden and indoor lanterns which really help to make the Mill come alive in the evening. All their lanterns, candles and tealight holders are approved for use at the Mill. IncaBella can also provide you with a variety of other beautiful hire items, ranging from hay bale and fire pit hire through to deck chair hire for the patio – a great addition for those summer weddings. A word from Lucy: ‘Our inspiration for our candle lighting comes from african safari lodges which adorn themselves with hurricane and storm lights. The gentle soft flickering of candle light is so atmospheric giving out a warmth rarely found in electric lighting. Whether it is a tree lit up by masses of swaying tea light holders or silver lanterns lining your aisle we can help. We all long for an balmy English summer day – sadly that is no guarantee but Garden Games always add some lighthearted fun as much for the adults as well as the children. Fish & Chips have always been the nations favourite. MobyMicks, cooking amazing Fish & Chips, as well as other favourites outside your venue. We also provide you with knives, forks, and all condiments. Mushy peas, curry sauce, and other extras can of course be provided, according to your requirements. We take all the trouble out of organising the food, and clearing up, at very competitive prices. Having Fish & Chips as your evening reception food choice, will certainly please your guests.

You are more than welcome to have a band at The Mill but if you would like a DJ then, to ensure we comply with NFDC sound regulations. we would ask you to use We Perform. They are extremly professional, keep all equipment on site and can offer specialist entertainment packages for your big day including additional lighting etc. A word from We Perform:  “We Perform are an experienced events team based in Bournemouth. Aside from marquees, Castle Marquees also provides dance floors at Sopley Mill for any couples wanting to branch out from the norm and go for a barn dance or a Scottish Reel or ceilidh for which you would need to hire in a dance floor to cover the area you require – please speak to Steve and the team as they know the exact sizes you would need. We only work with Castle Marquees due to the fact that they have worked with us at Sopley Mill on numerous occassions and they are fully aware of what is required in terms of sizes, timings of the fitting together and removal of the dance floors and how the Mill works.
